QUESTION: Who is the Diversity and Inclusion event for?

ANSWER: This event is for anyone within the FMCG industry that wants to learn more about Diversity and Inclusion for their company and individually.

QUESTION: How much are tickets?

ANSWER: Tickets are £100 + VAT.

QUESTION: Are the learning sessions compulsory?

ANSWER: No, but we would recommend that you select two that are the most interesting and relevant to you.

QUESTION: How will I know which group I am in?

ANSWER: Your name badge and lanyard on the day will reflect which group you are in.

QUESTION: Is lunch provided?

ANSWER: Yes, a buffet lunch will be provided.

QUESTION: What should I wear?

ANSWER: Your normal work wear.

QUESTION: Can I bring luggage?

ANSWER: Yes. There will be a cloakroom where you can store luggage which will be located on level 2.

QUESTION: Do I have to pay for the cloakroom?

ANSWER: No, the cloakroom is complimentary for all delegates.

+ INCLUSION

QUESTION: What facilities do you have in place to support people with different access requirements?

ANSWER: We have ensured that the Diversity and Inclusion in Grocery event is accessible to as many people as possible. Hearing loops can be added to the Main Plenary space and a BSL interpreter available on different stages throughout the event. Access at Wembley is excellent with lifts and ramps available for delegates to reach floors 1-5. Wembley also has 147 accessible toilets within the stadium, all accessible with RADAR keys.

QUESTION: Can I bring my assistance dog?

ANSWER: Yes. Assistance dogs are welcome at the Diversity and Inclusion in Grocery event.

QUESTION: Will there be disabled parking?

ANSWER: Yes. All stadium parking has accessible parking spaces. These are available to Blue Badge holders only and will need to be booked in advance via www.wembleyofficialparking.com

+ HOW TO GET THERE

QUESTION: What is the nearest train station?

ANSWER: The following stations are the closest to Wembley Stadium: Wembley Park (10 min walk) Jubilee and Metropolitan lines Wembley Stadium (11 min walk) Chiltern Railways Wembley Central (20 min walk) National Rail.

QUESTION: How do I get to Wembley Stadium from Wembley Park?

ANSWER: As you approach the stadium on Olympic Way, remain at street level and walk under the pedestrian walkway. Straight in front of you is Club Wembley.

QUESTION: How do I get to Wembley Stadium by car?

ANSWER: Make your way to the stadium and follow the signs for the yellow car park off South Way. Club Wembley’s main entrance is located to the left of the car park. Parking is charged at an hourly rate.

QUESTION: Who should I email with dietary requirements?

ANSWER: Please email any dietary requirements to events@groceryaid.org.uk before 14th February 2019.

+ SECURITY

QUESTION: Do I need to bring my e-ticket with me?

ANSWER: Yes. Please bring your e-ticket to show the registration team upon arrival and to collect your badge.

QUESTION: Do I need to show ID?

ANSWER: Yes. All delegates will need photographic ID (passport, drivers licence).
